Introduction

  • The beginning of true health begins with a basic understanding of our bodies, how they work, and what they need to work properly. It is amazing how little we can know about our body while using it everyday. Reproductive/Sexual health can often be the most mysterious of all because many of the organs and tissues responsible for sexual and reproductive functioning are tucked safely inside or in places where it might take some effort to see. Not to mention, sexual health is not a typical topic of conversation in many of our households.

Our Bodies is written to help you learn more about your body, how to take care of it, and how to be responsible with your health.

Click on the Our Parts tab to view diagrams of male/female reproductive systems, and learn more about the function of sexual intercourse.
